As global air forces enter a new era of contested airspace, cognitive overload, and human-machine integration, the Military Flight Training Conference (MFT) remains the leading platform where strategy meets innovation.
From 31 March to 2 April 2026, the Hotel & Conference Center Sempachersee in Switzerland will host more than 400 senior leaders, training experts, and industry innovators from over 40 nations — all focused on one question: how to accelerate pilot readiness for 5th and 6th generation airpower.
The 25th anniversary edition will again unite key NATO and partner nations alongside the Swiss Air Force and NATO Flight Training Europe, tackling the future of simulation realism, digital transformation, and multi-domain pilot training.
Confirmed speakers include senior representatives from the Royal Air Force, USAF, Italian Air Force, Royal Australian Air Force, Canadian Armed Forces, and Spanish Air and Space Force, as well as leading industry partners such as Grob Aircraft, Pilatus, Leonardo, CAE, and Aero Vodochody.
