On Friday, July 12, a ceremonial signing of a partnership agreement between Czechoslovak Group (CSG) and Future Advanced Technologies (FAT) took place. Under this agreement, CSG becomes the general partner of the international Future Forces Forum (FFF) project, with the partnership extending until March 2026.

The general partnership of the Future Forces Forum project with the global industrial-technology group CSG will enhance the forum’s position and prestige while supporting the activities of CSG companies in the production and development of security technologies and equipment. Future Forces Forum is a regular meeting of the international security community held under the auspices of the President of the Czech Republic, the Prime Minister, the Minister of Defense, and the Minister of the Interior, in cooperation with many relevant institutions. “Future Forces Forum focuses on connecting experts, representatives of state institutions, international organizations, armed and security forces, industry, research organizations, academia, as well as users and suppliers in the field of security and defense. The primary goal is to develop security and defense cooperation within NATO, the EU, and with other partner countries, both military and civilian,” explained Adam Drnek, Chairman of the Board of the Future Advanced Technologies Institute.

CSG is a visionary and innovative group with a global reach, whose companies actively bring new modern products to the market. “The Future Forces Forum platform, thanks to the newly established partnership, will allow us to introduce not only the professional community but also the general public to our technologically advanced products and the progress we have made in adopting breakthrough technologies in our fields of expertise. At the same time, we want to demonstrate our companies’ ability to respond to dynamic technological developments and show the capability to transfer the latest military knowledge into products that meet the current and future needs of our domestic and foreign partners among our customers. We also want to use the Future Forces Forum to discuss possibilities for further development of our products, expanding industrial cooperation, and ultimately presenting our visions for the future,” explained Bohuslav Přikryl, Vice President for Research, Development, and Innovation within the CSG group.

The long-term partnership, which includes a series of events and activities, will culminate in this year’s Future Forces Forum & Exhibition, taking place from October 16-18 at PVA EXPO Prague. At this event, many companies from the CSG group will present their latest products and services for the military and security forces. Visitors will be able to see numerous projects intended for customers in the Czech Republic, including the Czech Army, as well as abroad within NATO and EU countries, and other territories.

The Future Forces Forum  & Exhibition 2024 program will include, alongside the international exhibition of defense and security technologies, expert panels (conferences, workshops, etc.), official meetings of NATO working groups, and networking activities. The main themes of FFF 2024 will include innovations and new technologies in security and defense, the development of ground forces, pilot training, command and control systems, counter-terrorism, CBRN, military and crisis healthcare, critical infrastructure protection, cybersecurity, internal security and state resilience, civil-military cooperation and experiences from Ukraine, space technologies, autonomous systems, and more.
