Evektor has taken part in the design and manufacturing of several projects for leading avionic companies, for example, wing and fuel system construction for the 19-seater turboprop aircraft L-410NG built by Aircraft Industries, fuselage design of the Boeing 747-8 or stress-strain analyses for various aircraft such as the Airbus A350 XWB, the A340 500/600 or the A3XX series.
Apart from light-sport aircraft serial design, Evektor is also developing its two-engine turboprop aircraft EV-55 Outback for 9/14 passengers or 1,770 kg of cargo, and the new single-engine four-seater aircraft VUT100 Cobra for private clients primarily.
Evektor company also follows the latest trends among new technologies in reducing operating costs, carbon dioxide and levels of noise in aviation. In March 2013, the first electric-propelled aircraft SportStar EPOS had its maiden flight (50 kW engine, later 75 kW) and became one of the first electric-propelled aircraft in the world.
Evektor closely collaborates with technical universities, research centres, industry leaders and actively participates in research programmes in the avionic industry. The company is one of the leaders in the Clean Sky 2 programme, which is the largest European research programme focused on modern technologies, which intends to decrease carbon dioxide emissions, noise and to come up with new kinds of avionic engines. The company is a member of the Clean Sky 2 consortium and collaborates with market leaders, for example, Airbus, EADS, Alenia Aermacchi, Safran, Dassault Aviation, Rolls-Royce etc.
RELIABLE SUPPLIER OF AIRFRAME AND MACHINE-TOOLED PARTS FOR CIVIL AND MILITARY AVIONIC INDUSTRY
Evektor Group also supplies airframe parts, machine-tooled parts, tool jigs, aircraft interiors, as well as design and engineering services for many programmes of civil and military aircraft manufacturers. The company boasts the latest technologies for CNC machine-tooling and forming of metal sheets, including modern 5-axis and 3-axis machine tools, rubber press, bending machine, water jet cutter technology and other technologies.
In recent years Evektor Group has become the main supplier of airframe parts for the new air-fighter L-39NG built by Aero Vodochody. Evektor also supplies upholstery parts and machine-tooled components for crew rest compartments and galley modules for the Airbus A320.
