Saab will present its state-of-the-art Gripen E aircraft for the first time in the CEE region at NATO Days in Ostrava. It is a jet literally packed with the latest technology. Its revolutionary avionics are the basis for continued technological superiority and reflect dynamically evolving operational needs. State-of-the-art artificial intelligence systems allow the pilot to focus on the mission and electronic warfare sensors protect the pilot and the aircraft in combat situations.
“We want to introduce visitors to NATO Days and Czech Air Force Days to the best in military aviation technology in the world, and Gripen E is the absolute world leader. The Gripen E is the logical successor to the Gripen C/D, which the Czech Air Force has been operating successfully since 2005 and I dare say they are very satisfied with it,” says Jiří Verner, former Commander of the Czech Air Force, now Country Manager for the Czech and Slovak Republics at Saab.
