“We are thrilled to continue our pivotal partnership with Aircraft Industries, enhancing their L 410 fleet with our advanced H-Series turboprop engines,” exclaimed Pierfederico Scarpa, Vice President of Strategy, Marketing, and Sales at Avio Aero. “This agreement not only cements our strategic collaboration with a leading Czech aviation company but also marks a significant milestone in our commitment to delivering top-tier products and services to our clients. Furthermore, it underscores the crucial role of our Prague plant in our European growth and development strategy.”

The H80 and H85 engines, integral to the H-Series family, boast a customizable range of ratings and performances, making them ideal for diverse applications and operations. With over 21 million flight hours under their belt, these engines have proven their reliability in the most challenging environments. They offer low maintenance and extended time between overhauls (TBO) of up to 4,000 hours, underscoring their efficiency and durability. Proudly 100% Czech, these engines are entirely developed and manufactured at Avio Aero’s Prague facility.

“At Aircraft Industries, we highly value our longstanding cooperation with Avio Aero’s Prague-based turboprop center of excellence,” said Ing. Alena Medova, MBA, Chairman of the Board at Aircraft Industries. “We are proud that our L-410 aircraft are powered by the esteemed H-Series engines, which carry forward the legacy and quality of Czech Walter aviation engines. Their performance and reliability have been tested in the harshest conditions globally, and we eagerly anticipate continued innovation and enhancements with our partners at Avio Aero.”

The L 410 NG, the newest model in the L 410 series, epitomizes modern aviation design principles, offering exceptional operational economy, high reliability, and unmatched safety. It features cutting-edge production technologies, innovative design solutions, and state-of-the-art Garmin 3000 avionics, complete with a glass cockpit, TCAS, and TAWS safety systems. Powered by the H85-200 engine and AV 725 propeller, the L 410 NG meets customer demands for a modern aircraft with extended range, higher payload, multirole capabilities, and economical operation.

This partnership not only advances the capabilities of the L 410 series but also strengthens the aviation landscape, promising a future of innovation and excellence in turboprop engine technology.
