Praetor 600E
Embraer has delivered the first customer Praetor 600E to Flexjet, marking the entry into service of the latest evolution of its super-midsize business jet.
Flexjet becomes the fleet launch customer for the Praetor 600E, which was unveiled earlier this year alongside the Praetor 500E. The aircraft received certification from ANAC, the FAA and EASA in April 2026.
The first aircraft features Embraer’s new Smart Window — a 42-inch 4K OLED touchscreen integrated into the cabin sidewall. The system can display live external views from three cameras, support video conferencing and provide high-resolution entertainment.
The Praetor 600E has a range of 4,018 nautical miles (7,441 km) with four passengers and NBAA IFR reserves, enabling nonstop missions such as London–New York. It also retains full fly-by-wire flight controls with active turbulence reduction and features Embraer’s Enhanced Vision System and Runway Overrun Awareness and Alerting System.
The delivery forms part of the agreement announced by Embraer and Flexjet in 2025, valued at up to USD 7 billion. It includes 182 firm aircraft orders, options for another 30 and an expanded support package. Flexjet expects to have 12 Praetor 600Es by the end of 2026, while deliveries of the Praetor 500E are also due to begin later this year.
