The Czech Republic is preparing for a major presence at the 55th Paris Airshow, the world’s oldest and largest aerospace exhibition, held biennially at Le Bourget Airport. Building on the success of its 2023 debut, the Czech national pavilion will once again demonstrate the full strength of the domestic aerospace sector — this time with more than 20 companiesjoining under a unified concept supported by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the ALKP Association.
At the 2023 edition, the Czech Republic introduced a new two-storey exhibition design with a sector-based layout — a significant shift in the country’s international trade show strategy. For the first time in modern history, a Czech-made aircraft, the L 410 NG, was presented on the static display, echoing the debut of its predecessor, the L 410 UVP, at Paris Airshow 55 years earlier.
The upcoming 2025 participation will raise the bar even higher. The Paris Airshow will gather over 2,300 exhibitors from 48 countries, with 24 states — including the Czech Republic — represented in national pavilions. In its first four days reserved for trade visitors, the show is expected to welcome up to 200 official delegations. The final three days will be open to the general public.
As official media partner of the Czech participation, ACE Magazine will provide full English-language coverage of the national exposition, including interviews, company features, and daily updates from Le Bourget.
A Complete National Capability — in One Location
The Czech delegation will represent a complete aerospace value chain:
— Aircraft manufacturers, such as Aero Vodochody and Aircraft Industries
— Flight training providers like LOM PRAHA and VR Group
— Engine producers PBS and MGM Compro
— Avionics developers such as SPEEL PRAHA
— Component suppliers, including Ray Service, Jihostroj, Seko Aerospace, and Unis
— MRO specialists such as Czech Airlines Technics
On the static display, the Czech-built L 410 NG will return to Paris, joined by the Shark, a Czech-Slovak sport aircraft known for its speed and aerodynamic efficiency.
