Grob Aircraft is proud to announce that the German Air Force has extended its Initial Flying Training contract and will continue to rely on the Grob G 120TP as its training aircraft for years to come. Grob Aircraft will provide the necessary infrastructure and aircraft at its facility in Goodyear, Arizona, USA, for the next several years, continuing the initial contract, which was signed in 2021. The German Air Force will use the Grob G 120TP as the entry aircraft for future German fighter pilots in preparation for the ENJJPT training program at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas.

The G 120TP has been designed to meet the future needs of global air forces with well-balanced performance, side-by-side seating, high reliability, and competitive economics. Certified to the latest airworthiness standards, it features enhanced aerodynamic performance and future-oriented flexible avionics, including both civil and military communication and navigation systems, providing excellent situational awareness and safety features.

By improving the quality of initial through basic level flight training while realizing significant savings in lifecycle costs, combined with unmatched dispatch reliability, the G 120TP sets a new and unmatched standard in military pilot training.
